Last Day for the Auto Drive at the Shiawassee National Wildlife Refuge

Today being the closing day for the auto drive at the Shiawassee National Wildlife Refuge I had to make one last trip. There were many surprises as usual, and I am never disappointed. Being partly cloudy and cool made for a questionable day but the show mama nature always seems to display was as awesome as always.

My first surprise was a White-crowned Sparrow which means summer is definitely over.

A Bald Eagle paid me its last farewell for the season

My Buddy the Great Horned Owl also paid me a fond adieu.

A few more.

Enjoy natures magic.
